This product is a custom-made jewelry piece, created using the breast milk that you send to us If you wish to have breast milk inside the beads, please place your order from this page
Important:
- This is a limited sale available only from the 1st to the 7th of each month.
- If you wish to order multiple beads, please add one item at a time to the cart and enter your desired color in the remarks section.
- If you purchase 3 or more beads, you will receive a 20% discount. The discount will be applied automatically.

*The umbilical cord can be added, but it may become slightly less visible due to the breast milk, so please understand this in advance.
■Bead Color Options■
There are four ways to add color: ① Hologram Mix ② Hologram Two Layers ③ Shell Mix ④ Shell Two Layers.
If you have a color preference, please choose your desired color from the color list shown in the product images and make sure to include it in the "Product Information" section, before adding it to your cart.
☆If you choose to add downy hair or an umbilical cord, please note that Shell Mix cannot be selected due to the production process.
【Important】
For those who request specific colors, if we do not receive confirmation of your color preference by the end of the month of purchase, the beads will be made with a random color choice.
■Engraving■
Engraving is not available.
<Remarks>
●Downy hair and umbilical cord can be added to a single bead from multiple people (no additional charge).
●Please send the materials (breast milk, umbilical cord, fine hair, etc.) by the end of the month of purchase.
●If you have specific requests, please mention them in the "Product Information" section before adding to the cart.

当店のジュエリーは、お客様からお送り頂いた大切な素材をもとに、全てハンドメイドで制作しております。そのため、制作過程にて金具の擦れや微細な傷が発生する場合がございます。丁寧に制作させて頂いておりますが、素材をお入れする過程で発生しうるものとご理解の上、ご購入いただくようお願いいたします。また、制作期間はアトリエに素材が到着してから原則12週間いただいております。ご了承いただきますようお願いいたします。
最近、ご注文後のご案内メールが届いていない方が多くおられます。当店からもご連絡ができず大変困っております。もしよろしければ、Instagramのアカウント名または、LINEにてともだち登録（@solidlove)をいただきLINEのアカウント名を上記の「お客様情報欄」に入れていただけないでしょうか。ご連絡が取りやすくなりますので是非ご協力をお願いいたします。
キャンセル料はご注文後、弊社から母乳郵送キットを発送させていただいた時点より発生いたします。また、未制作の場合でも素材をお返し出来ない可能性があります。また素材を返送した場合の郵送費はお客様負担となります。
なお、お支払後、時間の経過による自動キャンセルはありません。必ずキャンセルご希望の旨をお伝えください。
※キャンセルにつきましては諸費用として一律、2200円が発生いたします。 なお、K10、K18、プラチナ、若しくは スターリングシルバー製品であっても刻印入りの場合は、いかなる場合もキャンセルをお受け致しかねます。
※支払い方法が銀行振り込みの場合で、未入金のまま2週間が経過した場合は購入希望がないものとし、キャンセルさせていただきます。

ご注文後24時間以内にご注文内容及びご案内のメールをお送りいたします。メールが届かない場合は、お問い合わせください。なるべくPCアドレスのご登録をお願いいたします。
母乳の郵送が必要な商品をご購入頂いたお客様には、当店より３営業日以内にレターパックにて「母乳郵送キット」を発送いたします。「母乳郵送キット」が届きましたらキットに同封している案内状をお読み頂き、素材の発送準備をお願いいたします。※母乳はキット内の試験管に入れ、同封の返送用レターパックにて発送をお願いいたします。
また、お振込みにてご注文を頂いたお客様は、お振込みの確認がとれましたら郵送キットを発送させて頂いております。お振込はご案内メールに記載がございます振込先までお願いいたします。
へその緒や産毛ジュエリーなど、母乳の郵送が必要でない商品をご購入頂いたお客様には、当店より郵送キットの発送はございません。素材をご準備頂き、郵便で当社宛に発送をお願いいたします。（追跡可能なレターパックにて発送をお願いいたします。）

アルコール消毒液での変色の心配はありません。
【s925商品】
・ご使用されていく中で変色した場合は、シルバーのクリーナーで拭いていただくことをお勧めします。※研磨剤入りのクロス・洗浄液は使用しないようお願いします。
・本物のゴールドではなく、ゴールドコーティング製品です。高級ジュエリー使用の厚手コーティングではありますが、摩擦により色が薄くなる場合があります。
【K18・K10・プラチナ商品】
・皮脂汚れを残さないように、使用後は毎回拭き取りをお願いします。メガネ拭きや金製品専用の柔らかい素材のもので乾拭きをお願いします。研磨剤は傷が入ってしまいますのでお避けください。
・酸に弱い特性がありますので、酸や化学物質に触れないように保管をお願いします。汗や化粧品などが付着したまま保管すると、保管中に変色することがありますので、必ず拭き取り後に保管をお願いします。
・香水やヘアスプレー、それらが付着した手でジュエリーを触ることもお避け下さい。また温泉にジュエリーをつけることも変色の原因となります。お取り外しの上、ご入浴ください。
