The delivery process of the Yu-Pack from acceptance to delivery is recorded, and in the unlikely event that the Yu-Pack is damaged or does not arrive, the actual amount of damage will be compensated within the range of the damage compensation amount declared at the time of mailing. Our jewelry is handmade, using the precious materials sent by our customers. As a result, there may be slight scratches or marks on the metal parts during the production process. While we take great care in the creation of each piece, please understand that these minor imperfections may occur when handling and incorporating your materials. Additionally, the production period is generally 12 weeks from the arrival of the materials at our atelier. We kindly ask for your understanding and appreciation of this process.
Recently, many customers have reported not receiving the confirmation email after placing an order. Emails from carrier-based addresses such as docomo, au, and softbank, as well as Apple-based addresses like iCloud and Mac, seem to have particular issues with delivery.
If possible, we kindly ask that you register with an email address other than these. Additionally, if it’s convenient for you, could you please provide your Instagram account name or register as a friend on LINE (@solidlove) and include your LINE display name in the "Customer Information" section above? This will make it easier for us to get in touch with you, and we would greatly appreciate your cooperation.
As our jewelry is custom-made, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances after the order has been placed.
In the case of a cancellation after the materials have been arrived, we may not be able to return the materials even if the production has not yet started. Additionally, the shipping cost for returning the materials will be the responsibility of the customer..
Please note that after payment, your reservation will not be automatically cancelled due to the passage of time. Please be sure to inform us of your wish to cancel.
* Please note that we cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances if the product is K10, K18, platinum, or sterling silver and has an engraving.
*If payment is made by bank transfer and payment remains unpaid within two weeks, we will assume that you no longer wish to purchase and your order will be cancelled.

★Please note that the breast milk shipping kit is only sent to customers living in Japan
For customers purchasing products that require the mailing of breast milk, we will send a "Breast Milk Mailing Kit" via Letter Pack within three business days. Once you receive the kit, please read the enclosed instructions and prepare the materials for shipping.
*Please place the breast milk into the test tube provided in the kit, and send it back using the return Letter Pack included.
*If you have multiple orders, you can send a smaller amount of breast milk than the quantity specified in the product details.
If you are unsure about preparing the breast milk, please contact us. Additionally, for customers who place orders via bank transfer, the mailing kit will be sent once the payment is confirmed. Please make the payment to the bank account details provided in the confirmation email.
★ For customers who are not from Japan and customers purchasing products that do not require the mailing of breast milk, such as umbilical cord or baby hair jewelry, no mailing kit will be sent.
Please prepare your materials and send them to us by post (we recommend using a trackable Letter Pack). For more details, please refer to the Q&A (Post-purchase Procedures) section.
- There is no concern about discoloration from alcohol-based disinfectants.
- To prevent the buildup of oils and dirt, please wipe your jewelry after each use. We recommend using a microfiber cloth or a soft cloth specifically designed for gold products. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can cause scratches.
- As the metal has a sensitivity to acids, please store it away from any acidic substances or chemicals. If sweat, cosmetics, or other substances are left on the jewelry, discoloration may occur during storage, so please be sure to wipe it clean before storing it.
- Avoid touching the jewelry with hands that have been exposed to perfume, hairspray, or similar products. Additionally, wearing jewelry in hot springs can cause discoloration. Please remove your jewelry before bathing.
