About Product Shipping
The shipping time may vary depending on the product, but once we receive the materials necessary for product creation from the customer, we will ship within approximately 12 weeks.
Please note that there may be delays during long holidays such as the New Year period, or depending on the availability of materials.
About Shipping Fees
Products will be shipped via Japan Post's Letter Pack.
Shipping fees and delivery date/time requests are based on Japan Post’s rules and fees.
As a general rule, we cannot accept shipping via any courier other than Japan Post.
Additional Costs Beyond the Product Price
Consumption tax (10%), shipping fees, and any applicable handling fees depending on the payment method.
Handling of Defective Products
If the product is damaged, soiled, or does not match the order:
We take great care in ensuring product quality, but in the event of an error on our part, we will handle returns or remakes individually.
Please contact us by email with a photo of the product within one week of receiving the item (in this case, shipping fees will be borne by us).
Returns Due to Customer's Convenience
We generally do not accept returns for customer convenience (other than for damage or soiling of the product)
Refunds
Refund methods will depend on the payment method used for the original purchase of the returned product. We are happy to discuss this with you.

Payment Methods and Timing

Order Validity Period
If payment is not confirmed within 7 days from the order date, the order will be canceled.
Additionally, if the materials have not been received by us within one month of the order date, the order will be canceled.
If there is a price difference between the purchase amount and the product price at the time of receiving the materials, we will charge the additional amount.
